Our thanks to all the pupils and staff who contributed to the school’s Reverse Advent Calendar appeal by bringing in non perishable food items and toiletries – 1632 items were donated to the Trussel Trust. Our thanks to Rubber Atkins for providing the van to transport the items and to our local shops RS McColls and Braehead Pharmacy for their contributions. The pictures below show the van packed and ready to go on Thursday 20 December. The need for food for families experiencing temporary or more long term poverty is on the increase here in Aberdeen.
