We know that many students are in the final stages of submitting their UCAS Application prior to the January deadline. We would be grateful if you could pass on the following information to them about our upcoming Student Panel events. These events are a great way to hear about the transition to university life and offer a chance for prospective students to get their questions answered prior to joining university in September.

We are hosting three of these virtual events in the coming weeks and students can register online through the links below:

UK University & Apprenticeship Search Virtual Fair

A reminder that the UK University & Apprenticeship Search Virtual Fair which is taking place next week on Wednesday 20 October from 12 – 6pm.  Students, teachers and parents can register for their free place here –

The event will feature a wide range of exhibitors, virtual campus tours, vital webinars, and the chance to win one of five £100 Amazon Vouchers. The event is perfectly timed to help pupils as they apply to university, including two special webinars on How to Write Your UCAS Personal Statement and Completing Your UCAS Application, students can also speak directly with admissions experts to receive vital application advice, and find out what they look for in a candidate. 

The event is also a fantastic opportunity for pupils as they begin to consider their next steps after school or college. Students can explore their options by chatting with exhibitors and participating in the Careers and Employability, Student Life at University, and Degree Apprenticeships webinars.

Exhibitors will include the universities’ of Glasgow, Aberdeen, Glasgow Caledonian, Newcastle, Liverpool, Bristol as well as the National Apprenticeships Service. You can take part in this incredible free event anytime between 12 – 6 pm and generally students spend about an hour at the fair.
