Course Choice – Foundation Apprenticeships

Pupils in the Senior phase will soon be making choices for subjects going into S5 or S6.  One of the pathways on offer is for pupils to move onto progressing with a Foundation Apprenticeship.  Further information about these will be given out over the next few weeks, however, NESCoL are running Foundation Apprenticeship Information Sessions across three of their campuses in February. The aim of the events is to help students and their support networks to gain all the relevant information they need to make those crucial decisions regarding their Senior Phase timetables.

Curriculum staff and the NESCol Foundation Apprenticeship Programme Officers will be on hand to give an overview of the different frameworks and to answer any questions regarding Foundation Apprenticeships.

S3-5 Course Choice

S3-5 Course Choice

All pupils, in S3-5, have received their course choice sheets in Assembly today.  The course choice booklet is available on Google Classroom for them to find out more information on each of the subjects on offer.

They are also encouraged to speak to their Guidance teacher if they have any questions or queries regarding course choice.

Deadline for return is Thursday 7 March.

Deadline for College Course or City Campus Courses is Friday 8 March.

The pupils were given two copies; one white and a coloured one.  The white copy is a practice sheet and the coloured one is the final submission to be handed in by Thursday 7 March.
