Interested in Law? – Virtual Sessions

The University of Aberdeen are offering virtual sessions called ‘Learning From Lawyers’. 

This will take place on Tuesday 20th April from 5pm-6.50pm (approx).The event will give young people the opportunity to hear from several legal professionals who work in different sectors of law. The speakers will talk about their role and area of work which will help young people to build on their knowledge of working in Law and to help explore their options in the legal industry.

This event will be run online using Blackboard Collaborate and anyone interested will be sent joining information in due course.

They will get the chance to hear from the following legal professionals:

Elliot Johnston – Brodies – Corporate Law

Gail Angus – Raeburns – Conveyancing

Declan Okeefe – Iain Jane and Co – Criminal Law

Jonathan Wemyss – Stronachs – Dispute Resolution, Commerical Litigation

Courtney Summers – Brodies – Family Law

Georgia Shirreffs – Ledingham Chalmers – Property, Litigation and Federal Law
