See Me is an organisation which aims to end mental health stigma and discrimination, enabling people who experience mental health problems to live fulfilled lives.
Mental health is part of your overall health. It is about:
- how you think feel and behave;
- how you cope with the ups and downs of everyday life;
- how you feel about yourself and your life;
- how you see yourself and your future;
- how stress affects you;
- how you deal with negative things that happen in your life;
- your self-esteem or confidence;
They want as many young people aged 12 to 25 to contribute to a survey about mental health and stigma. They will use the results to work towards ending mental health stigma and discrimination.
The survey should take about 10 – 15 minutes to complete. Fill out the survey here https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SeeMeCYP Please complete the survey by 3 April. Download this flyer for more information.
